Mini Preview Enhancements

Stay tuned for the upcoming version of Mini Preview.
With these enhancements:
- Clicking [Refresh] or [Preview in New Tab] triggers autosave, and when that is complete the preview is refreshed to display your draft changes.
- Option to skip the autosave for [Preview in New Tab] by holding down CMD (on Mac).
These enhancements will be accompanied by a bunch of bug fixes.
